Hey dear albino rat, it's not like am inhuman but it was so important so i placed you in a desiccator so you can rest for a while (i mean go unconscious) due to the fact your liver was needed we dissected you properly without any organ or tissue injured, we went further to isolate your liver please be certain we did not use it for money ritual, let your mind be at rest we don't have yahoo boys or girls in our department that needs your organ.
i made sure it was safe cause i rinsed it with saline it was so neat that i had to weigh it, just 1g was taken out of the whole liver then it was homogenized with mortar and pestle then we made sure it was sweet by mixing it with sucrose that is ×4 the mass and the mixture was taken for a spin in a centrifuge for 10min then we removed the pellet it was as good as useless because the supernatant was super needed, it contains an important molecule needed for assay so we withdrew it in a bottle.
