Schools resumption

According to JAMB bulletin that was released on monday 10th, August, 2020,The board explained the shift in the date of admission processes was to allow students sitting for the 2020 O’ level examinations conducted by the West African Examinations Council (WAEC), National Examination Council (NECO) and National Business and Technical Examination Board (NABTEB) obtain the required O’ level qualifications.



On this note, all tertiary institutions are set to reopen after the shutdown of schools across the nation in march 2020 following the outbreak of the deadly virus (Covid-19).


Reopening of all tertiary institutions ahead of the 2020/2021 post-Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) screening on September 7 is compulsory because schools must be fully opened  to enable the successful conduction of 2020 post UTME Screening.


Hostels across all tertiary institutions must reopen for candidates to have accommodation as they sit for 2020 post UTME Screening.


All indication shows that students must resume in all campuses from all levels as Universities, Poly and Others Set to Resume September 7 for Post-UTME Kicks Off.


Lets hope and pray as the federal government of Nigeria is putting all Covid-19 measures to Reopening of all tertiary institutions ahead of the 2020/2021 post-Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) screening on September 7.
