NUC ask Universities to submit a report on state of preparedness for resumption in their various schools.
As vice chancellors are already aware, following the gradual easing of the restriction as part of the management of Covid-19, there has been several stakeholders consultation as well as meetings with the honorable minister of education with the attendant clamour by concerned citizen for the reopening of higher education institutions (HEIS) and resumption of academic activities. In the midst of all this the federal ministry of education had since developed and circulated guidelines for schools and learning facilities to provide the require support for the safe reopening of school and resumption of academic activities.
