Yesterday, the death of the first Nigerian female combat pilot, Tolulope Arotile broke the news, as she was just given a special recognition in the Nigerian Air Force some months ago.

Tolulope who joined the Nigerian Air Force in 2017, went to Starlite International Training Academy in South Africa to complete her flight studies.


After she finished her study in Starlite International Training Academy , she was recognized as the first Nigerian female combat pilot earlier this year, and just few months after she became a pilot, she died in a road accident yesterday.

It was made known that the road accident which happened at the Nigerian Air Force Base, in Kaduna State took her life, as she sustained injuries on head.


A former Senator, Senator Shehu Sani reacting to the death of the record breaker made it known that, he passed the same road where Tolulope had the accident which claimed her life some minutes before the sad incident happened
